İstekte adınız, e-postanız, cihaz kimliğiniz, reklam kimliğiniz veya başka bir kimlik bilgisi bulunmaz. İsteğe yalnızca uygulamayı tanıtan bir başlık (“Noffi/1.0.0 (com.aeroshift.noffi; iletişim e-postası)”) eklenir; bu bilgi size değil uygulamaya aittir.
İstek sıklığı: uygulamayı açtığınızda veya yenilediğinizde (önbellekteki tahmin hâlâ geçerliyse istek gönderilmez); “gün içi uyarılar” açıksa uygulama kapalıyken en sık yaklaşık 30 dakikada bir, son seçtiğiniz konumla. Gece sessiz saatlerinde istek gönderilmez.
Arka planda konum okunmaz; uygulama arka plan konum izni istemez. Uygulama, konum eklentisinin uyumluluğu için Android'de hassas konum iznini de bildirir; ancak konumu yalnızca düşük hassasiyetle okur ve cihazdan yalnızca yuvarlanmış koordinat çıkar. Hassas (tam) konumunuz cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
Aşağıdakiler cihazınızda saklanır ve bize hiç gönderilmez:
Android otomatik bulut yedeklemesi bu uygulama için kapalıdır; bu veriler Google hesabınıza da yedeklenmez.
Noffi şunları toplamaz veya kullanmaz: hesap/giriş bilgisi, ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, kişi listesi, fotoğraf, kamera, mikrofon, sağlık verisi, reklam kimliği, cihaz kimliği, konum geçmişi, arka plan konumu. Uygulamada analitik, çökme raporlama, reklam veya üçüncü taraf takip araçları (SDK) ve çerez yoktur. Yazı tipleri ve görseller dahil tüm uygulama dosyaları cihazdadır; uzak sunucudan yüklenmez.
Verilerinizi hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satmıyor veya kiralamıyoruz.
Hava tahmini isteğiniz, Türkiye dışında bulunan sunucularda işlenir:
Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar bakımından: uygulamayı kullandığınızda yaklaşık konumunuz ve IP adresiniz, yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar aracılığıyla yurt dışında (ABD ve Norveç) işlenir. Bu aktarım, KVKK m.9 uyarınca standart sözleşme düzenlenerek ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na bildirilerek yapılır.
Tüm bildirimler cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır; bildirim (push) sunucusu kullanılmaz. Pazarlama, reklam veya Pro tanıtım bildirimi gönderilmez. Rutin bildirimler sessiz saatlerde gönderilmez; güvenlik uyarıları yalnızca ilgili ayarı (tehlikede sessiz saati yoksay) açarsanız sessiz saatlerde de gelebilir — bu ayar varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Bildirim kanalları (Günlük tavsiye, Hava değişim uyarıları, Güvenlik uyarıları, İyi haberler) Android ayarlarından ayrı ayrı kapatılabilir.
Pro satın alımları Google Play Faturalandırma ile yapılır. Kart ve ödeme bilgileriniz Google tarafından işlenir; geliştirici bu bilgileri görmez. Pro'nun etkin olup olmadığı cihazınızda Google Play'den sorgulanır; satın alma bilgisi sunucumuza gönderilmez.
GDPR kapsamında (m. 15–22): verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanması, veri taşınabilirliği ve meşru menfaate dayanan işlemeye itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Ayrıca yaşadığınız veya çalıştığınız ülkedeki veri koruma denetim makamına şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
KVKK kapsamında (m. 11): verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, düzeltme, silme veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi veya yanıtı yetersiz bulmanız hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
Başvurularınızı oztuk.4er@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Sunucumuzda sizinle ilişkilendirilebilecek bir kayıt tutmadığımızdan, çoğu durumda size ait bir veriyi tespit etmemiz mümkün olmayabilir; bu durumu yanıtımızda açıklarız.
Noffi'nin tuttuğu tüm veriler cihazınızdadır. Silmek için uygulamayı kaldırmanız ya da Android Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Noffi > Depolama > Verileri temizle yolunu kullanmanız yeterlidir. Sunucumuzda size bağlı bir kayıt bulunmaz. Aboneliğiniz varsa uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; iptal için Google Play'i kullanın.
Noffi 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz. Uygulamadaki “çocuk modu”, ebeveynin çocuğu için giyim tavsiyesi almasını sağlar; çocuğa ait herhangi bir bilgi istemez.
Uygulama ile sunucumuz arasındaki tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir. En etkili koruma olarak veri minimizasyonunu benimsiyoruz: konum cihazda yuvarlanır, kimlik bilgisi gönderilmez ve sunucuda kişiye bağlı kayıt tutulmaz. Hiçbir sistem tamamen risksiz olmasa da makul teknik önlemleri uygularız.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır. Veri işleme biçimimizi etkileyen önemli değişiklikleri ayrıca uygulama içinde duyururuz.

The only thing that leaves your device for Noffi to work is the forecast request, which consists of your approximate location and, by the nature of the connection, your IP address:

The request contains no name, email, device ID, advertising ID or any other identifier. It only carries a header identifying the app (“Noffi/1.0.0 (com.aeroshift.noffi; contact email)”), which belongs to the app, not to you.
Frequency: when you open or refresh the app (no request is sent while the cached forecast is still valid); and, if “intraday alerts” are on, at most about every 30 minutes while the app is closed, using your last selected location. No requests are sent during night-time quiet hours.
Location is never read in the background; the app does not request background location permission. For compatibility with its location plugin, the app also declares Android's precise location permission, but it reads location only in low-accuracy mode and only the rounded coordinate leaves the device. Your precise location never leaves your device.
The following is stored on your device and never sent to us:
Android automatic cloud backup is disabled for this app, so this data is not backed up to your Google account either.
Noffi does not collect or use: account/login data, name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, advertising ID, device ID, location history or background location. The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or third-party tracking SDKs and no cookies. All app files, including fonts and images, are on the device and are not loaded from remote servers.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your forecast request is processed on servers outside Türkiye:
For users in Türkiye: when you use the app, your approximate location and IP address are processed abroad (in the US and Norway) through the service providers above. This transfer is made under Article 9 of the KVKK by executing a standard contract and notifying the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
All notifications are scheduled locally on your device; no push server is used. We send no marketing, advertising or Pro promotion notifications. Routine notifications are not sent during quiet hours; safety alerts may arrive during quiet hours only if you turn on the related setting (ignore quiet hours for hazards), which is off by default. Each notification channel (Daily advice, Weather change alerts, Safety alerts, Good news) can be turned off separately in Android settings.
Pro purchases are made through Google Play Billing. Your card and payment details are processed by Google; the developer never sees them. Whether Pro is active is checked on your device with Google Play; no purchase data is sent to our server.
Under the GDPR (Arts. 15–22) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work.
Under the KVKK (Art. 11) you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, erasure or destruction and notification of these to such third parties, object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If your request is rejected or you find the answer insufficient, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Send requests to oztuk.4er@gmail.com; we will reply within 30 days at the latest. Because our server keeps no records linked to you, in most cases we will not be able to identify any data relating to you; we will explain this in our reply.
All data Noffi keeps is on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app or go to Android Settings > Apps > Noffi > Storage > Clear data. There is no record linked to you on our server. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; use Google Play to cancel.
Noffi is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. The in-app “kids mode” lets a parent get clothing advice for their child; it does not ask for any information about the child.
All communication between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. Our main safeguard is data minimisation: location is rounded on the device, no identifiers are sent and no person-linked records are kept on the server. No system is entirely risk-free, but we apply reasonable technical measures.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. We will also announce significant changes affecting how we process data inside the app.
